Listening to this podcast right now and I feel for you Allan. I would gently suggest doing a different type of photography. You guys mostly seem to do portraiture, and at that portraits of your kids. Maybe go take a landscape workshop or do some architecture photography. Or if you want to stick with portraits, shift within the genre and find some models and trade them some free headshots for some of their time and use them to do some edgier portraits or some fashion photography. Sounds like you are in a rut and changing something might help. I get bored easily, so my Instagram feed is all over the place (@darrinvh). Not good for attracting followers who like to see a certain type of photo in their feed, but it keeps me on my toes. I post every day and I don’t even like posting the same type of image more than 2 or 3 days in a row. The variety is what keeps me interested.
